I am Poseidon and I have many kids that I love. One day was just sitting around when my son Polphmus prayed to me cause Odysseus had blinded him. I was so MAD that I had to punch a coral wall because Odysseus lied to Polphmus about his name so that when my son cried for help no one would come to help him and had to sit there in pain, and that just made me want to break Odysseus’s ship up into little pieces and drowned his men and feed him to a shark. So I made it that there was practically no wind. I also made so he couldn’t catch fish when all his food was gone. I did that cause my son asked me to delay his travel for a while and with no wind then it would take several months to get anywhere and with no food then his men would slowly and painfully die for what they did to my son.
